PNEUMAFEST

 AUGUST 1, 2015                      Belfry High School                 BELFRY, KENTUCKY

Pneumafest is the largest annual outdoor Christian music festival in Eastern Kentucky and Southern West Virginia.  Nationally known artists such as: Matthew West, Aaron Gillespie, Jeff Deyo, By The Tree, Newsong, Rachael Lampa, Nate Sallie, Mandisa, 33Miles, Jason Crabb, Decyfer Down, Disciple, Big Daddy Weave, Seventh Time Down,  Shonlock, The Museum, Rush of Fools, Instereo, JME Medina, Rush of Fools, Hawk Nelson, and Matthew West.

The vision for the festival began in 2003 when a small group of individuals gathered to pray and plan the first Pneumafest, which was held in 2004 in Williamson, WV.  Through the years, lives have been impacted by the message of Jesus Christ shared by speakers and musicians.   In 2007, Pneumafest suddenly and tragically lost one of the founding members, Rev. William Waters. It was partly through William’s vision that Pneumafest was birthed. William saw Pneumafest through the first, uncertain years, as he provided constant encouragement to the committee. Pneumafest has been held in William’s memory since his untimely death.

THEME:
"Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth;
Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert."
Isaiah 43:19
